On my quest in finding artists who resonate with my appetite for colours and compositions I have come across Felix Treadwell' s fantasy world. But make no mistake his fantasy world has a very deep meaning and find its roots in human emotions.
Felix was featured in GQ Magazine as one of the artists to watch in 2017 with the likes of Tracy Emin being a huge fan.
His works are a mixture of antagonistic feelings of "light" and "dark" telling us a story of vulnerability and naivety we all went through in our adolescence years.
And in his own words:
"I don’t mind the world becoming more fantastical or surreal, as long as the works can still function to run parallel to our own world, and reflect adolescence in a new way, then I’m happy."
