Tudor Oltean outlines his artistic practice around the methods by which he can reveal, in a plastic formula, different levels of society, gloomy sides of the layers that make up the world. He does not pass judgment, he remains an observer, looking always at the rather unseen but known part of the world and trying to transpose its equivocality in different mediums.
He chooses to use the resources closest to handicraft so that the artistic object, whether sculptural or graphic, could bear his mark in every stage of its creation.
There is something magical about Tudor's work which needs to be shared with the world.
