Artist Sergiu Laslo always proposes an original exercise in introspection: a gallery of bizarre figures, with solitary protagonists, most of them caught in unusual and strange positions, with their faces half covered or sometimes completely erased. His works try to illustrate the physical and mental states that humanity goes through. On closer inspection, there seems to be a kind of symbiotic relationship between the suspended gestures of the characters and the dominant play of the colours he works with.
